Admission Requirements

• UCE (O-Level) or equivalent for Junior Certificate programmes.
• UACE or relevant vocational qualifications for National Certificate and Diploma programmes (as approved by UBTEB).
• National ID or passport copy (optional — may be submitted later with your application).
• Completed online application form with accurate personal and academic information.
• Passport-size photograph (required) and supporting academic documents (optional scanned uploads).

Application Process

1. Choose your course — review programmes on the Courses page.
2. Complete the online application — fill in all required fields and upload documents.
3. Application review — admissions team verifies your submission within 3–5 working days.
4. Admission letter — successful applicants receive an offer and fee payment instructions.
5. Enrollment — pay registration fees and attend orientation before classes begin.

Tuition & Payment

Fees vary by programme and study mode (boarding or day). Each course page shows semester fees in UGX. Additional functional fees apply (medical, uniforms, UBTEB registration, etc.).

• Boarding fees include tuition, training materials, and accommodation (meals inclusive)
• Day student fees include tuition, training materials, and meals
• Application fee: UGX 20,000 (private) / UGX 10,000 (VFA sponsored)
• UBTEB examination registration: UGX 200,000 where applicable
